We all know that backlinks are the blood of any website and we all need them very badly for Ranking and traffic.

However, IF (and I don’t believe it does, but if it did) Yale had blogs or forums linked to their site, you would want to check the actual Page Rank of the blogs or forums themselves, as they may be personal blogs and/or forums and may not carry the PR 9 that Yale’s main site carries.
