Following to my last post the site I found that carries a Page Ranking of 10 on which I was able to leave my link was:

I am going to show you, step by step, how I left my link on that site.

First, you want to go to Adobe’s Main Index page: http://www.adobe.com

You can see up there on this page the link “Communities”.

You want to click on that link. You will then be taken to another page where you choose the option “Forums”.
Once you have clicked the link “Forums”, you will be taken to a page that lists all of Adobe’s product forums. I chose Photoshop, since I am relatively used to that product.

Once you have accessed the “Product Forums” area and chosen the product you want to go to the forum about, you will want to create an account.
In order to leave a permanent link on the site, you WILL have to create an account here. Click the link that says “register”,  and fill out the information requested. After doing that, you will then be taken to the access page enter your information into the boxes to log into the system and then go back to the ‘forum’ area.

Once you are in the area where the forums are located, you will see an option to update your “preferences”.
In the preferences area, you will be able to edit your “Personal Information”. Click on the link that says “Personal Information”.

Once you have clicked that link, you will be taken to a page on which you can put a link to your ‘homepage‘.
You can (and should) place your link here. This will be linked in your profile, it will be backlinked from the Adobe Forums, and will give you traffic whenever another user clicks on your link. You also, on the same page, have the option of posting “Favorite Links”:

Once you have finished putting your link in the places of your profile you want it to be, you will want to click the “set preferences” button. After setting your preferences click on set preferences button you will then be directed to a place that tells you your Preferences have been updated. You want to click the “ok” button on the bottom of that page:

Go back to the “Forums” area and choose a forum you want to participate in. Once you have accessed a discussion, you will want to click the link that says “reply to this discussion”. Once you have done that, you can leave your response, your helpful hint, your question, or whatever it is you have chosen to leave on
this site. Your message will show up with your name at the top. Your name will by hyperlinked to your Adobe profile. When your user name is clicked, you will be taken to your Adobe profile, on which your website is linked to the words “view home page”:

If you really like these forums and want to participate on a regular basis, this area gets you back to places where you have posted, as well.

You can see that Adobe Forums do not use the “NoFollow” attribute in their system:
Just in case you were wondering, Adobe’s Forum page (which is where your link will be left) DOES carry the same Page Rank 10 as Adobe’s main site.
